This questionnaire not asking the consumer about the price. So, The Buffet didn’t know what the consumer think about their price. Is it cheap, medium, or expensive, they didn’t know.
- Menu variation
This questionnaire not asking the consumer about the menu variation. The menu is complete or not.
- The presentation of the food
This questionnaire not asking the consumer about this. Are the consumer interested with the presentation of the food.
- Location
This questionnaire not asking the consumer about the location. Are the location strategic and easy to find for the consumer or not. and are The Buffet suitable for that area.
- Interior and design of The Buffet
Are the interior and the design makes the consumer comfortable if they’re in The Buffet or not. Are they feel like in home or not.
- Design of the questinnaire and quality of paper
I think this questionnaire must makes more attractive, so the consumer interesting to fill up this questionnare. And maybe, looks better, if they put a picture of the food in the questionnaire. And I think they must make this questionnaire like a brochure.
